Don't worry if you want to make changes - LOPEZ DESIGN makes it easy. If you would like to make any adjustments, we will create a list and work through each item. LOPEZ DESIGN will reach out to you to review the list of changes and finalize the design.

After you have signed off on the finalized design, LOPEZ DESIGN will prepare construction documents drawings and upon request, a PDF file.

Upon request, LOPEZ DESIGN will submit your finished construction drawings to the appropriate Building Department for permit approval.

This is the time to select a contractor. The contractor is your preference, LOPEZ DESIGN is able to refer several qualified and capable local contractors. The contractor will guide you through the rest of the process by converting your design into your dream home.
